Main points are- The existing parties need to remove crown immunity- it would tidy up the entire spectrum of politics no matter what party because it's says we are accountable instead of the normal bullshit of promise turn and run.
With immunity gone- who could be put on trial then for example?- officials- politicians- judges- department heads- who fail their fiduciary duty of care....Ex-parte to sort out the idiots first.
People are hating elections- why?- same old thing- same group- same rules of non transparent rules of political employment- people are waking up.
It is human nature for people to make decisions which are rooted in self-interest and sadly politicians are all about self- interest which they can get away with because of crown immunity.
A template for all of you to ask your local MP-
[ I'd be interested to hear what arguments there are for keeping crown and judicial immunity- I would like to see all politicians/judges fully -emphasis on fully discuss/dabate this- would you ?
After all human rights stem from good leaders with good actions. Conversely, bad leaders use immunity to hide negligence and fiduciary duty failure. We have to do something, there are to many idiots in power and we need methods to have a go at them and their failings. ]
