I was reminded recently that humans have killed off independent thinkers using treason and heresy to justify the state leaders orders to have them executed or shut down.
And it reminded me of the Matakana Island litigation and how the highest court's and judges could create judgments that are "Alice in Wonderland" works of fiction and when complained about it falls on deaf ears by hopeless politicians who cower to lawyers who are milking it.
I have come to realize facts simply don't matter- If leaders think they know it all- or are simply pompous arrogant pricks like those in Italy who burnt a man who had worked out the galaxies were infinite in size and that the sun was a star.
So how do we the people protect ourselves from jerks in power ?
Why don't we all simply demand they are accountable to a jury if they breach their duty of care?
You all must realize they will never hold themselves accountable- never- and they don't suffer- you do.
Until we control our selected government leaders "duty of care" ( fiduciary responsibilities), which is care you need to protect your country you will continue seeing hopeless lazy politicians who are no more than greased up salesmen who know nothing or care little about the problems people are really facing.
Visiting New Zealand for 10 weeks recently reminded me of how important it is to have fiduciary law applied to those trusted into positions of power. What a bunch of jerks in some high powered positions. They can fool the people part of the way but just look at the results- 3rd most indebted nation in the OECD ! It was a wealthy strong nation- now the only strong are the rich lawyers and B grade politicians who have ruined the nation.
Come on kiwis, start getting angry and start asking yourself why you let your leaders run the nation with immunity in place that allows them permission to fail.....why !!! ?
Time for a glass of Friday night wine.
But before I get there I raise a toast to King Henry the 8th who at least separated the Church from the State something that would have saved Giordano Bruno.
